La quinta lettera dell’alfabeto significa che non sono da sola. Alla prima lezione di linguistica impari che per alcuni una parola è la porzione di testo compresa tra due spazi bianchi. Lo spazio bianco è la distanza tra una parola e l’altra. La parola ha senso perché ha intorno il vuoto. Così se io fossi una parola e tu fossi una parola avremmo senso solo se lontani. Ma se io fossi uno spazio bianco e tu fossi uno spazio bianco, la quinta lettera dell’alfabeto sarebbe il nostro legame. E per non perdersi non basterebbe che questo, una parola sola.
